Climate Coaching

The most radical thing any of us can do at this time is to be fully present to what is happening in the world.
— Joanna Macy

You are part of this planet. honoring the work that stirs your soul IS honoring people & planet.

Many people feel powerless in the face of environmental and social crisis and worry they are not doing enough — or that because of the scale what’s happening, that worrying about anything else is selfish or futile.

Have you said things like, “Well, I guess this doesn’t matter since the planet is burning down.”

This feeling — and our underlying compartmentalization of our pain for what is happening to the world — is a huge obstacle to building the life you want and definitely an obstacle to contributing everything you can to a different environmental and social outcome.

Transforming your feelings of overwhelm and despair into your STRENGTH is an act of wonder and rebellion.

Why not try?

WHAT WE’LL DO

Our process will be inspired and informed by The Work that Reconnects, Deep Ecology, and the wisdom of Joanna Macy and other thought leaders.

1. REFLECTION & GRATITUDE

We explore your love for the world. Your gratitude. Your fears. Your pain. Your hopelessness and hope. By acknowledging these feelings, we also acknowledge the connectedness between you and the world. We get curious about how we can turn these feelings into fuel.

2. SEEING THINGS ANEW

You may understand things differently or more deeply or see things you didn’t see. You may feel more connected, more open and better appreciate what you might to let go of, learn, and go deeper on, and how you may continue and grow your unique contribution.

3. GOING FORTH

You’ll integrate your experience of what’s happening to our environment so that you are able to continue to follow (or find) your path without hesitation. The purpose is not to change the direction of your goals, work, or life but to open up more space and connection.

The sorrow, grief, and rage you feel is a measure of your humanity and your evolutionary maturity. As your heart breaks open there will be room for the world to heal.

A new future is emerging, regardless of who likes it or not. And we can’t stop fighting for it.
